On September 27, 1950 at Yankee Stadium in New York world heavyweight champion Ezzard Charles fought former champion Joe Louis with the title on the line. Charles pounded out a unanimous 15 round decision over the aging Louis. After this fight, Charles became universally recognized as the World Heavyweight Champion. Offered here is a scarce, original, full Pabst Blue Ribbon full ticket advertising the television viewing of this fight.
